Smart Repair Academy – Our mission statement
The SRA GmbH Smart Repair Academy stands for demand- and customer-oriented training measures and guarantees quality in education.
As an educational institution, it is important to us not only to teach knowledge through theory, but also to consolidate knowledge with practice-oriented training. Our knowledge and interest in innovation and digitalization not only give us a clear advantage over our competitors, but also our students.
In order to be able to offer consistently good services irrespective of the persons carrying out the work, we undertake to comply with the following principles.
The mission statement is communicated internally via the notice board in the educational institution. Externally, the mission statement is communicated via the school’s own website.
Customer orientation
As a customer…
…is understood by us to include all interested parties, including the participants, the training provider, the cost bearer, but also the commissioning company, society in the broadest sense, which has an interest in compliance with the law, the protection of the
environment and the conservation of resources.
The economy with its market-oriented qualification requirements, the Federal Employment Agency with its demand for the integration of graduates, even employees and suppliers are interested parties and must be included in this broadly defined concept of the customer. In this context, within the framework of the existing procedures and processes, we check whether the demands and expectations that the customer places on us can be met with theavailable resources (equipment, media, lecturers). We try to maintain and promote this by constantly observing the processes as part of internal audits and monitoring the daily completion of tasks that arise.
There is a continuous improvement process. One of the objectives arising from this is to sustainably increase customer satisfaction. Respectful and appreciative interaction between participants, lecturers, administration and management is a matter of course for us, which is why we speak to graduates as equals and do not differentiate according to gender, nationality, professional level or similar.
