Smart Repair Academy – Our mission statement<\/h2>\n

The SRA GmbH Smart Repair Academy<\/strong> stands for demand- and customer-oriented training measures<\/strong> and guarantees quality in education<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As an educational institution<\/strong>, it is important to us not only to teach knowledge through theory<\/strong>, but also to consolidate knowledge<\/strong> with practice-oriented training<\/strong>. Our knowledge and interest in innovation and digitalization<\/strong> not only give us a clear advantage over our competitors, but also our students. <\/p>\n

In order to be able to offer consistently good services irrespective<\/strong> of the persons carrying out the work<\/strong>, we undertake<\/strong> to comply with the following principles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The mission statement is communicated internally<\/strong> via the notice board in the educational institution<\/strong>. Externally, the mission statement is communicated via the school’s own website<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

…is understood by us to include all interested parties<\/strong>, including the participants, the training provider, the cost bearer<\/strong>, but also the commissioning company<\/strong>, society<\/strong> in the broadest sense, which has an interest in compliance<\/strong> with the law<\/strong>, the protection of the<\/strong>
environment<\/strong> and the conservation of resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The economy<\/strong> with its market-oriented qualification requirements, the Federal Employment Agency<\/strong> with its demand for the integration of graduates<\/strong>, even employees and suppliers<\/strong> are interested parties<\/strong> and must be included in this broadly defined concept of the customer<\/strong>. In this context, within the framework of the existing procedures and processes<\/strong>, we check whether the demands and expectations<\/strong> that the customer<\/strong> places on us can be met with theavailable resources (equipment, media, lecturers)<\/strong>. We try to maintain and promote this by constantly observing the processes<\/strong> as part of internal audits<\/strong> and monitoring the daily completion of<\/strong> tasks<\/strong> that arise. <\/p>\n

There is a continuous improvement process<\/strong>. One of the objectives<\/strong> arising from this is to sustainably increase customer satisfaction<\/strong>. Respectful and appreciative interaction<\/strong> between participants, lecturers, administration and management<\/strong> is a matter of course for us, which is why we speak to graduates as equals<\/strong> and do not differentiate according to gender, nationality, professional level<\/strong> or similar. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
